The focus on the needs and requests of our customers is accomplished:

Suppliers
ETANAP SA, before the beginning of a collaboration with a supplier will evaluate its potential in order to ensure that the goods supplied and services offered will meet the conditions and requirements set (derived from the Quality System ISO 22000:2005 and the orders on request). This ensures the quality of distribution and the quality of the distributed products as well.
Our company maintain a "list of approved suppliers" who have passed the above assessment process. Moreover, monitoring the performance of current suppliers is an ongoing basic procedure operated by the ETANAP SA and its Quality Managers. We keep confidential files with all the necessary information for periodic review, reassessment and re-approval of our suppliers.
